Even tho I never received my part due that they send me the part but UPS send it to the wrong address when the right address was given to them UPS still send it to the wrong address. They helped me with a claim and were with me in every moment always keeping me updated and after all the trouble we had to go through UPS they ended helping me get my full refund.
