The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod (2010, Hardcover)
I decided to buy this book because I already own the first four in the series and couldn't hold our for the last book to come out in paperback. What I like about the series is that it really draws the reader in to the story in a way that they can relate to the characters, even if you are not a vampire. What I mean is that the author has the Vlad deal with real life teenage problems that any other normal teenager would go through at his age. Vlad just has more on his plate to deal with because of all the vampire stuff to also contend with. It's a great teenage read and as an adult you can't help but go back to your teenage years and remember all those same girl, boy and friend troubles. Also you can't help but feel sorry for him. Bottom line is I love not just this book but the hole series, ... The Chronicles of vladimir Tod by Heather Brewer
It was a good book. I do not like it, because it is the last one. Heather left it sooo wide open that you want to read the next one. Sadly, this is the last of the series so dont expect any more. I do hope that Heather writes more Vlad Todd, but i do not think she will. For those looking for recommendations of this book yes i do recommend it, but i do not think you will like the way it ends.
