I needed this item today, April 1. The delivery date that was stated when I ordered was March 30-31. It took 2 messages to the seller to get a response regarding the issue why it's showing the item shipped via Expedited Shipping but no tracking number was given. The answer I was given was there was an issue with a carrier. In cases like that, good customer service would at least let the customer know this is the case, especially since you disclosed that you already shipped it Expedited service

I ordered a case of redbull,only half of my order was sent first and I had to wait days for the 2nd half to be shipped. Then, even when it was shipped, I never received the 2nd half of the order and the seller was no help, terrible communication, did not care at all!!

We are the responsible of your parcel delivered to your address and you see in the proof of delivery so how you are going to said that you did not get it parcel. At least you should to take care of your self. Courier person also provide the evidence the parcel left and click the photo of your house and you accepted .
