I contacted this seller as my Renpho Scale for body Weight, had not arrived as expected, seller responded by saying it was damaged on the way and he does not have another one to replace it. He suggested I check his store to get something else to replace my order. Upon checking his website the Renpho Scale for body Weight was still selling but at a higher price. I do not want any of the stuff he sells.. I will request a refund and if I have difficulties I will lodge a complaint.
