Filed case with eBay because seller would not authorize refund due to dispute over size (item appeared to have shrunk as it was pre-owned). Seller was Not easy to deal with and this was disappointed for such a small matter. Item was under $20 and I even offer to exchange for a larger size item. Glad to have received the refund via eBay dispute. Fortunately, buyers have rights even when seller will not assist. Needless to say, I was disappointed with seller.
