Quick shipping although the plaque must have been dropped in transit. Part of the upper left side broke off. Talked to the seller and he reduced the price. Seemed fair although it is disappointing when shipping goes haywire. Overall, I am satisfied and would do business with him again. This was a heavy plaque; it probably needed more TLC when packing to get past the gorilla in the mailbox.

This item as shipped with multiple layers of bubble wrap and packing paper in a new, sturdy box. Unfortunate things happen, but it was packed well like all my items and I made the buyer right due to the damage in shipping.
