Seller was notified that pillows showed signs of use/handling based off their appearances in packaging. Tags were crumbled, some smudges on fabric and pillows did not sit well in it's plastic wrapping. I submitted pictures but the lighting did not reveal the true visuals as seller insisted they were new. I'd purchased exact pillows from another vender and they came sealed and vacuum packed. I ended up washing both pillows. I do not recommend this seller. Seller did not honor request for refund.

Contacted seller immediately after I received the pillows. Pointed out that these were not the pillows they advertised and asked for a return label or a new shipment of the right pillows I ordered. They told me they would send replacement pillows. I never received the replacement pillows although they said I did. A FEDEX Tracking number was provided, but this package (that was too small to hold pillows) was not delivered to my house. Now getting no response from the seller.
