    These handles break all the time I have replace many The plastic insert that is supposed to clip around rod did not work I had to go back and put old insert back in

    Did not one enough...

    Actually the quality of the product was good. The only thing about the product was that it did not open enough to move the lever mechanism enough to open the door. I fixed it by taking a Dremel tool and grinding off enough so the the hinge part would open enough to allow the door to open. I am handy and have tools otherwise it did not work as it was.
