The Volvo L350F is simply sensational, fantastic. Powerful, quick, perfect. I've now both models A and B. The model A is slighty better than model B In my opinion, Lego MUST apply the fully automatic remote control function to ALL their High profiles trucks and heavy work models. I have too the the two models of bulldozer (8043 and ...) in both cases the system is with fully remoted control. This aspect makes a CRITICAL difference. I bought a month ago (by ebay) the two models of the powerful Mercedes Arocs. Its functions are fantastic. BUT is absolutely unbelievable (and almost absurd) that LEGO does not apply the fully remote control function to this high level truck. The customer will PAY without problem the additional cost by the servo and XL motors required to move a heavy truck. The difference will be HUGE. I bought the Arocs 2nd model to apply the PPUNG DADDY (a chinese fan of lego with huge capacity and brain) modification to upgrade the original Mercedes Arocs to a fully automatic remote control truck I wait that the with next High level technic trucks LEGO will apply this system like a standard. The customer will pay the cost. I'm an colombian structural engineer AFOL and Lego gives me fun, relax and happiness My best regards Fernando Alberto MedinaRead full review

this has to be put together and its all legos. it comes with a controller and power pack but you need batteries to make it move otherwise you can push. it is a construction vehicle and fun to play with. ages for this starts around 11yrs. old but recommended for older kids unless you have a kid that can put anyone of the legos together

The Loader is awesome! Works quite well but is no real earth mover. The light kit included in mine is an aftermarket unit supposedly worth $40. It works although there are very thin wires going all over the place for them. One LED on a tail light has stopped working

It is a simple, straight forward design while still challenging to build. If I would have anything change it would be the steering. It is either left or right with nothing gradual in between. I like the remoted over some app on a phone or tablet (at least for me). Money well spent.

I've been a lego technic fan since the 1990's and watched the wheel loader improve each time they made it. This model is a huge improvement from the 1990's and a cooler version than that last moat recent model which wasn't remote controlled. It being so big, is a great addition to go with the fully remote controlled excavator and the new Volvo articulated hauler that can be controlled by your smartphone.

Great model to build. Lots of fun to play with. Large model but can only be used inside. Kids would love to play with it in the sand outside.

Bought it for my boy. What boy doesn't love remote control vehicles? Now he gets to build one and implant in his growing mind, the ideas of engineering. I bought a giant crane that has a compressor to teach him the fudamentals of pneumatic and hydraulic control. When it falls apart or he deliberately dismantles it, he can design his own projects.

Lego Technic has taken the interactive qualities of Lego to the next level with the infrared radio control option. My son loves it, and he was also the builder of the majority of the project
