Ordered this item in purple. Received in good time but chain was broken and they sent a pink one. Contacted seller to let them know and shown photos of broken chain and wrong colour sent. They replied with they will send another. I said if they don’t have the purple in stock for some reason I’d take the jade colour they replied with sure my friend.
Received another in the mail chain was fine but sent the same pink one again. Not happy considering this is for someone’s ashes wouldn’t order again
