Document came folded in half adding a beautiful crease right down the middle. They did allow me to return, but given the rarity of the document I chose to keep it as finding another one will be impossible. Shipping, although fairly priced, less than impressed me with how it was folded and shipped. Seems like some corners were cut as the only thing protecting it from being bent further was a thin piece of cardboard and a do not bend stamp. Next time I will give some direction. Very responsive!
