Sunglasses had prescription lenses, this info was excluded from the listing title, instead placed in description box, which I accidentally overlooked. The sunglasses were likely from the Balmain range for Specsaver, not Balmain itself, as I have a pair of spectacles and recognised the low quality finish. Seller defensive and refused return, eventually refunding half price. I was unable to wear glasses and left them in charity. Title needed to clearly state prescription lens info.

Very dishonest of you Julia! I offered a full refund even though you admitted you didn’t read the description and you cancelled the refund request before it was finalised, rudely telling me to stop being a “quasi-lawyer” because I said I’ll contact eBay to see how to process a return as it’s my first one!! I have the messages in our chat as proof!! Some people honestly 🤦🏻♀️
