The seller was very good answering my questions promptly. He/She/… was very good managing my expectations when my purchase would arrive. It even came a little earlier than expected. The picture of the item was not exactly what I got. What I got was a setting that was a very unrealistic shade of yellow for 14 karat gold. The ring is pretty but if the return process was easier I would probably send it back. For me, it what a lot of money for what I got instead of what I expected.
