Item arrived on time in excellent condition and was packaged really well to protect the item inside. The customer service I received was excellent and I highly recommend buying from them. The hat I’d bought ended up damaged because of it’s age and the seller got a new batch and gave me an option from 4 higher value hats and didn’t charge me a penny more than we’d agreed for the original hat.
