Beware of used items listed as new! Bait and switch. The item ( Mac keyboard ) arrived quickly with no box or packaging. It was not very clean and had minor blemishes. I had found the item by filtering on the “new” attribute. The keyboard was listed as new but was actually used. I noticed later that the word ‘used’ was buried in the title. When I contacted the seller, they said that they were not able to change the listing to reflect the condition accurately. Does not seem legit.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for the confusion regarding the condition of the keyboard. While the word "used" was the second word in the title, I understand how this might have been unclear due to the "new" filter. We've experienced some technical issues with our listings reverting back to the "new" attribute despite being accurately labeled as "used."I'm happy to report that we've resolved this issue, and all listings should now reflect their correct condition. :)
