Item arrived broken in half because seller poorly packaged an expensive vintage machine and I immediately returned it, sent 10 pictures showing the damage and how it was poorly packed, and I even paid for return shipping, it’s been 3 weeks with no refund! Seller continues to ignore my messages for days at a time and I’m out over $1,000! Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional seller, such an unnecessary stress and poor shopping experience.
