    Both of the FLA splints I purchased from the seller were brand new and arrived as stated. Seller really communicated quickly with all requests made to get both purchased items at a great price and shipping cost combined. Seller is very good at this job on Ebay. The only thing I would state about the splints is that they sure seem to have changed in sizing over the past years! They are a bit tighter than they used to be.
