The postal service used by the seller (DHL) reported ridiculously high fees to pass the customs, about 55-60% of the price of the product, which should only be 22.4%. They didn't even provide a receipt. I can't blame the seller however

The company were very helpful when I contacted them, responding within the day, and immediately offered to accept a return and refund. My refund was processed within two days. I would recommend this company and would buy from them again but, if purchasing these jackets, I suggest ordering a size up.
