Item arrived as described and works as intended. *Troubleshoot* If you are having trouble pairing, google your mouse name drivers and go to Razer support website. There select DRIVERS & DOWNLOADS and download the latest driver for your mouse. Update Synapse just in case. I had to do this because I was getting pairing failed with my Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed. After I updated my mouse firmware directly from Razer I was able to Pair the Dongle on Synapse app. Enjoy!

They're now claiming because I have the same SKU registered to my account that I received the correct dock from them. Why would I purchase two docks, only register the Microcenter dock (with matching serial) and contact them with an issue vs just returning the item?
