I reported that this seller was supplying items that didn't match their Ebay advertised description. The sellers answer that came back to me was that I should accept $15 and keep the item. I refused the sellers offer. This matter is still pending. I will only accept a full refund. The seller will have to make his arrangements to get his item returned.

Item was packed and correctly labelled but after a month of being sent all over QLD by Australia Post it finally arrived at destination, and subsequently looking a bit crushed from its travels. However it was still intact although too big a size for its intended mop. Our mistake, but still a good item to be made useful in other ways.
