    The ring stated It was 14kt Gold plated over 925. When received the ring it was silver and not plated. Also one week after having the ring a stone fell out.

We were to help you out and we suggest you to return it if you want gold plating, also you said that the stone fell out so, rings need to be care, if you use it in water and other things so it will respond that type. If you have any problems, just message us and we will help solve them. We haven't received any complain with the stones fall out, we also offered you a new ring without any charges.
