Item was packed and correctly labelled but after a month of being sent all over QLD by Australia Post it finally arrived at destination, and subsequently looking a bit crushed from its travels. However it was still intact although too big a size for its intended mop. Our mistake, but still a good item to be made useful in other ways. Not sellers fault for delivery issue but they sent it off quick.

This type of fake seller is ruining ebay and making it harder for buyers and honest sellers alike. Disgraceful. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS! See attached photos for proof...
