It clearly says “Dual Hot Pot accessory and Takoyaki Pan accessory”, but the Takoyaki Pan was not included. Very disappointing and misleading. Also, the delivery was one week late even though it’s just within Melbourne. I do not recommend this seller. I will never buy from here again.

At first, I thought that the machine wasn’t working, but it turns out that I’m the one that didn’t assemble it properly and I was able to get in contact with the seller very easily and quickly. They told me that if I couldn’t make it work, I could send it back and they would give me a full refund for the machine as well as if they couldn’t make it work they would refund me the shipping aswell.
