I then communicated with the seller & Ebay customer service to find out what could be done. The seller replied later & very briefly without answering any of my questions that it would be arriving later that evening. It did, but it was the wrong design. I reached out to the seller about it and they did not respond. Item is new, speed of delivery was ok but I'm not too happy.

What I got was the package with the label...empty. It did not look like it was ever sealed. One possibility is that the packaging got sent out before the order was actually completed for shipment, or the item fell out somewhere along the way. Regardless, I don't think the seller had anything to do with this problem. Very helpful in resolving the problem.

I cannot rate quality or condition or appearance as I did not open the amazon prime shipping envelope.
