What I got was the package with the label...empty. It did not look like it was ever sealed. One possibility is that the packaging got sent out before the order was actually completed for shipment, or the item fell out somewhere along the way. Regardless, I don't think the seller had anything to do with this problem. Very helpful in resolving the problem.

I asked for a return upon receipt, seller was reluctant/evasive "we have several warehouses, is the item okay though?" but ultimately issued a return label (to Amazon returns! lol) and a full refund. I cannot rate quality or condition or appearance as I did not open the amazon prime shipping envelope.
