There was a 3 week delay with the shipment being held up in customs due to some new import form policies, but this was not the fault of 365-Shop-Japan. They were responsive and courteous whenever I had questions and I received a new pair of factory sealed speakers in perfect condition as advertised. This seller is highly recommended based on my experience.
