      Great Burger Press

      Made burgers with this for the first time today. Use 80/20 beef and follow directions on package (not William Sonoma video). Made great 2/ 3 lb. stuffed burgers before cooking. Shrank appropriately for standard buns. Delicious with turkey bacon, jalapeño, and cheese stuffed inside. Make sure meat is cold so it sticks less to press. Took about an hour to prep and make 10 burgers the first time, so don’t wait until the time you want to grill. Fun family activity to make your own stuffed burger your way. Kids will need help pressing hard enough.

      great press

      I am tying out different recipes in this and really enjoying the product. This is well made and make very large hamburgers. I have learned to use the wax paper precut that you can get on here to keep the hamburger from sticking and it releases great. This is going to be a kitchen tool I will use for many years. Washes up really nice and can go in top rack of dishwasher.
