The issue was the original would not return from start position by itself, i.e. no spring return to run or on. Great value, it appeared to be plastic in pictures but is o.e. style pot medal or aluminum.

The USPS screwed up and damaged the package to the point that the delivery location and some of the contents were lost. The package was basically lost and delayed for an excess amount of time by the USPS. This Seller stepped in a sent a replacement order when I sent a question to them about the USPS delay issue. I recommend doing business with these guys.
