This XTool Offial seller took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Another XTool seller provided no support. I own other brands, and I like XTool products the best. If your interested in their products, buy from this seller.

Have not actually had the chance to test it out yet as it would appear that for the 2023 Dodge Challenger you must be connected to wi fi and also pay a membership fee to Auto Authority to get through the FCA security gateway in order to use it.
