    This might've come from a pallet of returned items, but I'm just guessing. When I plugged it in, it didn't work. I called Dyson and they told me the vacuum was already registered to someone else and they would not provide repair service. I contacted the seller and he said it wasn't "on him" to resolve the issue. Maybe not, but it WAS on him to provide a new vacuum as stated in the listing. I had to get eBay involved for the refund on this EXPENSIVE item. Be VERY careful with this seller.

    Not as promised

    I did a lot of research before picking this vacuum cleaner. I compared it to other brands and other Shark vacuums. But when assembling it I couldn’t find all of the parts I expected. And the manual was no help. Finally I called SHARK and learned there are different variations of this one machine but they never advertise that fact. And the reason I didn’t get the anti-odor component was because it doesn’t come with this variation (defined by the color of the machine). Likewise I only got one tool instead the the 6-7 the ads offered. Shark keeps this so secret, the customer service rep I was speaking to, didn’t know and had to speak with his supervisor to learn “the secret”. Otherwise it’s a great vacuum. But I wish I had those tools.

    Love the way it is so easy to use. My dog sheds a lot and this vacuum picks it all up. Has strong motor and pick up. super easy to empty. i have used the bent rod function to reach under furniture.

    I charged up the battery and this Shark Stratos did a great job on my carpets. I like the cordless feature that I don't struggle with flipping a cord out of the way. The Clean Sense feature on this vacuum works well and boosts the cleaning when needed.
