    *Very good customer service -recommend* So this seller sent me the wrong lip balm (human error, we've all done it at work)but was then the most proactive seller I've dealt with on Ebay. Within a day, a replacement product was in my letterbox without even a request to send back the one sent in error. For a small business this is an additonal cost, its not Amazon. You only really know you can trust a seller when things go wrong and Di Ana was honest and proactive. Would certainly recommend.
