Dr. Koch is an adjunct professor in the School of Rehabilitation and Communication Sciences at Ohio University, Athens, OH. Book was shipped sepeartely from the main package (4 books total) which caused some confusion when receiving them, but I figured it out. 2 tracking numbers actually used (2 packages), but only one was listed.
