I decided to leave this seller a Positive rating, because I received a FAST reply. The message was very polite and professional. Seller quickly sent me a partial refund. I would buy from this seller again. Honesty, kindness, professionalism are a BIG deal to me. BTW: This brand is as good as those big name brands. LOW price for what I did receive. When I complained, they changed the listing after the fact to make it seem as though only one item was for sale. Seller eventually refunded just under half my money after I contacted them repeatedly. Seller also covertly sold item directly from Amazon while hiding that fact -- which is not only extremely frustrating, but also clearly deceitful (and in violation of eBay's terms).
