    Very nice gateway.

    Came in like new condition. I have 600mbps plan with xfinity. Upgraded from model 6950 of same brand. Finally was able to get 600 mbps on speed test on my phone via Wi-Fi 5g connection. Wired speed blew my mind at 2 -3 gbps consistent. I was able to download 10 gbs in less than a minute. I don’t online game so I can’t comment on performance for that. I have 2 kids and wife who all stream online. Very smooth and no buffering since upgrade. Highly recommend product for 600 mbps or less Wi-Fi speed plans.

    Great Performance At a Rock-Bottom Price

    This was a factory-refurbished product that cost much less than a new one. There were no problems connecting it to my internet provider (Cox), I have more than 20 wireless devices connected to it (security cameras, smartphones, TV's, laptop computers, printers, and Amazon Echos), and it is handling them all with no issues. The price was great! It was only about 1/3 of the price of a new one at Best Buy.

    Some trouble with installation, but overall good product

    This product works well so far, but initially when installing I did have some trouble with getting it to connect fully. I have Cox, and I had the technician on the phone during installation. Right before he transferred me to another technician, it just connected on its own. I did buy the same model new from Best Buy to compare, and I had no trouble with the new one. However I returned the new one because I do not like the idea of paying $200+ for a modem. You just have to be patient with this one. It took roughly 15min after installation for my devices to stop saying "connected without internet," but so far it seems to be working well.

    Perfect replacement for my no-longer-supported Arris modem

    Great replacement for my existing modem. Used the Xfinity app to activate it on my existing service then powered it up and after a couple of reboots (for firmware update?), I was online again with slightly better speeds than with my old modem.

    Good overall, no USB power

    Good signal strength, dual band. Negatives: could not use self setup with Spectrum - had to call, no USB power - likely disabled by the ISP.
