      NOT BRAND NEW. THESE ARE REFURBISHED UNITS

      This is not a brand new power supply unit. These are refurbished items and come without the original manufacturer's packaging. If nothing else, then the burnt smell gives it away. It smells like burnt plastic and rubber, and that's an unmistakable clear clue that these PSU's were previously used.
