I sent them a email regarding the issues with the brand new camera not charging with the solar panel I got a reply 24 hours later so I replied back straight away thinking they were going to help but ( NO ) you need to wait again 24hours for them to respond some thing happened again and again 4 days went past and no one did anything to fix the issue at all. they hoping you would let it go and forget about it waist of money and time.
