Packaging was bad- doll was stuffed in a brown envelope- Every doll I've ever bought has been packed well and placed in a box to avoid further damage within the post office. Only really wanted the doll because of the yellow shoes. Should have asked seller to take more photos- Shoes were cracked and missing pieces.
