    Good book for healthy eating.

    What Every Senior Should Eat is a very good book for health concious seniors---or anyone for that matter. It goes into detail why a particular food is good for you and the many benefits such as : heart health, cholestrol,immune system, losing weight, and almost any health concern you may have. I would recommend to anyone concerned for their health.
