Unfortunately it was used and had someone elses phone on file, and the touch screen was unresponsive on the volume buttons and most of the screen. I reached out to the seller, who issued a refund. They said that the items are just supposed to be packaging issues, I'm sure I just got a dud. Easy and quick response from seller. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!
