I was quoted by Kinetico $580 for a replacement filter housing head plus $200 for a service call as they don't sell parts "over the counter". watersoftwiz (seller) had the part I needed for about $100. I'm very lucky the contents were not missing or damaged. The Palmetto GA USPS distribution center has received tons of negative attention reaching to our Senators office. Sadly, in order to sell/keep costs down, USPS Ground was used (I get it), the only thing the tracking number did was to expose postal inefficacies!
