They answered all my questions and conducted all the tests I requested on and about the item and were extremely knowledgeable and honest and even reduced the price a little for me. The package was well protected for travelling across Australia and all but one of the original accessories were included, excellent for a 40+ yrs old item. As I was replacing my faulty like for like unit, I had the extra aerial anyway. Fantastic.
