    Uplifting every time

    If someone needs a “Little Help” standing up or sitting down this is great item. Only negative and it’s not a big negative is the Electric motor needs 110 socket within 10 feet or you’ll need and extension cord. Everything else about it is Great! Says it can lift 300 lbs and I believe it would. I Like up/down switch it’s easy to reach and operate. Overall a smart product. If you’re more on the move (restaurants, ballgame) one might look into the more mobile non-electric model. Bottom Line it’s a Smart Product that works when muscles get weak.

    carex power seat

    shipping is fast and item is intact. The main problem is with the seat cushion. it is not as comfortable as it should be. im only 180lbs but the cushion is already flattened and is impinging on my coccyx. it caused me pain for 2 days even though i used it for only a day. now it is sitting inside its box to be given away to anybody who wants it. if only i can still return it.

    Balance Needed

    The electric seat lift is easy to use and well made. My problem has been achieving balance when trying to stand. Have found I need a table or countertop to help - but all in all it's much easier to get there than with the non-power variety! I recommend this with caution.
