    The 6 items shipped without the pictured and noted brackets. I have reached out to the buyer 3 times with no resolution. First time they promised to fix it. I heard nothing for 9 days and reached out again. That time they said they had the brackets and just needed to ship them. I waited another 30 days and reached out again since nothing was received. They apologized and provided a tracking number they said would show movement in 24hrs at the most. It's 15 days later and still no movement
