    Seller took quite awhile to ship this. Said they had a-lot to ship but it was a auction they should have been prepared to ship with in a timely manner. The price was right but description as new not accurate this was definitely used. (Hair on the clippers, oil soaked booklet) Yes I received a item but more honesty would have been nice. If you need something in a timely manner I would look elsewhere.

    Well worth watching.

    An old movie that has a lot going for it. It has real humor, sarcasm, wit, romance, very good acting, especially Marlon Brando. It touches on real life, comparing and contrasting the hurried and crazy pace of Americans vs. some of the more relaxed, co-operative and meditative aspects of the Japanese of the time period. The movie keeps me laughing and leaves me at the end feeling good. A step back into a simpler time. (As a side note, the movie has Eddie Albert wanting to be an organic farmer, rather than performong a more "respected" profession long before he portrayed a similar role in the tv show "Green Acres".)

    Great Movie, bad DVD

    The movie is great, which is why I bought it. The DVD, however, is flawed. It plays well up to the last three or four scenes, where it freezes. For a DVD sold as "like new" this is unacceptable.

    Im sure it would have been a great film

    The first 20 minutes of this film was great but then it continued to freeze at several spots in the film making it impossible to complete
