Nana likes to use sharp responses when dealing with Nana's customers. Nana is receiving negative feedback today for being difficult to work with on a return. Nana's customer service is awful. Nana should invest some time into customer service skills. Nana doesn't win Nana of the year. Maybe next year. Hugs Nana.
