I sent pictures and asked if they could send a new copy to me, they said yes, I waited weeks longer before checking in and tracking the number they my gave me to realise it was the same tracking number as the original book, so I contacted them again asking about it and they said it had not been posted out due to “technical issues” I was given half what I paid as a refund.
