Everything was great, until I received an older model box. I don’t blame the seller. The only thing I could have done was asked for a pic of the actual box. Givi uses the same part number for 2018-present and previous model. Their communication was great, shipment fast and great price. I would send it back and pay more for newer model from revzilla, but it’s all good.

Drag just came out with domed caps which no one likes lol and this company just copied and pasted from drag. I wanted OEM flat style instead. I just assumed since it didn’t say domed it was flat like most.. Description didn’t say flat or domed. But product was new, shipping was great. I’d def buy from them again.
