The laptop arrive with double packaging: the original box form HP and another box from eBay international. The laptop looks like new with zero cosmetic damages, working perfectly and exactly as described. If you have the patience to wait for it to arrive in the EU (about 21 days), this is a great buy since you pay less than in Europe and get better product specifications.
