I immediately contacted seller. He responded with concern and a willingness to make things right. I was able to get mirror back in frame but cannot reattach frame piece securely without dismantling back. Seller generously gave me a partial refund. I am very satisfied with solution and love the mirror even if not perfect. Great service.
