    This item arrived as described and on time. I gave the four star rating because I think it was banged up a bit in shipping (envelope type package with bubble wrap) and maybe should have been put in a box with bubble wrap. My son is giving this to his new wife on their wedding day so I didn't want to chance sending it back since it was the only new version I could find online for him. I think she'll love it anyway. Overall, I'd say I'm really pleased though and would recommend this seller.

    emotional management tool

    using the four agreements as a tool for alcoholics and addicts to frame their mood swings. many find it simple and effective way to find serenity within. It's not for everyone but many many of my AoD clients find it useful and necessary in their recovery efforts. :) AB
